Hamish Vernal (Director of Education, Aberdeenshire Council) addresses the crowd at Ballater School. Planting a tree at Ballater School in honour of Patrick Geddes. The colourful procession starts off from the school. Gavin Smith , Louise Duckworth, Ballater School, Head Teacher, Maureen Vernal, Finzean School Head Teacher proceed.
